POST 5 (WEEK 7): MY FUTURE JOB

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about the job I would like to have in the future.

I am currently studying forestry engineering, so obviously I would like to have a job related to this. I do not have a specific job in mind that I would like to be in for the future, but I would like this to be related to flora and fauna, being able to know their development and how they interrelate with the environment.

For the above, I would like my job to be outdoors, specifically in the south of Chile, as far from the city as possible (and the people as well), to be able to be in contact with the beautiful forests of our country, and all the others that it is possible for me to meet, this is also why I chose to study this career, to be able to constantly travel knowing many new places.

I think I would like to specialize in something that allows me to help protect natural resources, also helping to raise awareness about our society, so that they realize how important it is to take care of our environment.

I think that salary is not the most important thing in my vision for the future, as long as salary is enough for me to  live I am happy, I think that the most important thing for me today is to be able to find a job that fills me completely and makes me happy❤ .

LEVEL 4 / POST 4 (WEEK 6): CAREER RELATED TOPIC

Hi, in this blog I will tell you a little about why I decided to study forestry engineering

When I was in high school I decided that I didn´t want to work enclosed betwenn 4 walls but that I wanted to work in something that would allow me to be in contact with the outdoors and nature because I have always liked plants a lot and all that is related to nature, so I started researching and found many careers related to the environment, but the ones that caught my attention in the first instance was marine biology, because I have always been struck by the organisms that live in the sea and how little is known about them, especially those that live at extreme depths, but when I investigated more in detail I realized that in Chile there was not much field, for which discards this option馃槶.

Then I continued searching and I found forestry engineering and Engineering in Renewable Natural Resources, but I chose forestry engineering as the first option because when I saw the curriculum I realized that this career had many summer internships, which I think are a very good way to use all the material seen in the theoretical classes, significantly helping the student's learning, also generating different skills such as working in a group.

My second practice in frutillar, chile

Also, I chose this career because I believe that I can help in the conservation and protection of natural resources so that they persist over time for the next generations.

POST 3: MOVIES (BEST MOVIE/BEST DIRECTOR/BEST GENRE)

I’ve always been a person who believes without doubting that UFOs and aliens exist, so, if you ask me about my favorite movie, I would say it is "The Fourth Kind" this is a supernatural horror movie that was released in 2009, and was directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi.

It all begins when some inhabitants of Nome begin to have the same disturbing dream that is repeated night after night and, after each dream the inhabitants woke up completely paralyzed, hearing noises that came from outside the room, in addition each villager claimed to have seen an owl who observed them from outside the window, all these events force those affected to visit the region therapist Abbey Tyler, for whom through hypnosis she notes that all her patients reflect behaviors that suggested encounters with non-earthly beings.

What I like most about this production is that it mixes some of its scenes with a supposed real-life documentary of alien manifestations (on which the film is based) that took place in Nome, Alaska, in the year 2000.

If you like paranormal things as much as I do, recommend yousee this movie, you will love it馃ぉ馃ぉ !

POST 2: THE BEST CONCERT I HAVE HAD.

The best concert I have been to is definitely by the pop singer and songwriter Justin Bieber, the first song I heard from him was baby in 2009, this song is my favorite so far, i really enjoy listening to it.

I always wanted to go to a Justin's concert, but sadly I didn't have money and my parents couldn't afford a concert ticket, but in 2017 my parents decided to give me a ticket to go on the purpose tour that took place at the national stadium.

On the day of the concert, when we entered the stadium with my friends, we realized that the seats we had bought were not where they were supposed to be. We feel cheated馃槧! but when the concert started, people began to jump over the bars that divided each sector and got into closer places and of course I took advantage of the situation, and luckily I got a position very close to him, I couldn't believe it! It was a very exciting experience, I think I have never screamed so much in my life, I was very happy 馃槂馃槂

Here are some photos and videos that I took at the concert....

A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

Hello! In this blog I will tell you about the country I would like to go to…

Deciding on a single country to travel is quite difficult for me, because I would like to be able to get to know every corner of the world, but the first country that I would like to know after having traveled for all Chile, is Brazil, specifically  I would like to be able to visit the Amazon rainforests of this country, because I think it is a very rich part of natural beauty, with a great variety of animals and plants present there.

Also, I would like to be able to know the wonderful paradisiacal beaches of the country and be able to dive in them, to see the coral reefs, sea turtles, sharks, dolphins, colorful fish, rays, etc. This is one of my dreams since I was little.

If I have the opportunity to live in Brazil, I would take it without hesitation, I imagine living in the middle of the jungle, feeding on what it provides me and living with the people who live there learning about their ethnic and cultural heritage.
